Job Definition

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support to corporate efficiency and values by book-keeping and controlling data entry of invoices for samples and expenses and recording vendor accounts on time and accurately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running and supporting the main processes of Invoices, Payments, Internal and External Audits and Intrenal and Emerging Markets Projects.
  • Daily follows and controls of incoming e-invoice on the portal and sends invoices to the related department
  • Follows on time and accurately all accounts payable in line with defined standards and handles bookkeeping of fixed assets and accruals described in accounts
  • Bookkeeping of various vendor invoices
  • Managing all company payments (such as Import payment, Vendor payment, Staff advance payment, Shop Rent payment, Franchise rent payment)
  • Controls & following information of invoices on payment due dates and personnel expenses
  • Preparation of Ageing Report of vendors monthly
  • Following reconciliations of vendors
  • Supporting independent audit internal audit processes and ensuring coordination
  • Supporting Internal and EM projects (statutory regulation related, integration and automation and other business related efficiency and support projects)
  • Ensure that month end processes are completed accurately and timely according to internal schedules
  • Ensure that key items of the BS and P&L are reviewed on a regular basis, including the areas that which are influenced by FP&A team to ensure that the balance sheet is correctly and appropriately stated
  • Fulfills processes to ensure that Accounting Department meets its objectives and purpose

Key Relationships:

  • All internal functions within the company and external vendors

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • IFRS reporting knowledge is an asset
  • Fluency in written & spoken English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs especially Excel
  • Team oriented, collaborative
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills,
  • Analytical mind with strong planning and organization skills, ability to meet deadlines


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in preferably Accounting / Finance area in a multinational company is an asset
