We are looking for an Foreign Trade Specialist’ for food department of our Japanese company.

• To handle production delivery,
• Controlling production and quality matters,
• Managing communication and relationship with business partners,
• To visit suppliers’ factories to monitor the production process,
• Responsible both for the quantitative and qualitative target setting, analysis of result/variance in the assigned products/fields,
• Ensuring communication and coordination between the company in Japan and the suppliers,
• Preparing necessary reports for headquarter in Japan.

• Bachelor or Master degree in relevant fields,
• Good knowledge of english is a necessary,
• Min. 3 years working experience in Food Industry and/or international trade,
• Good knowledge of the industry, market and foodstuffs,
• Financial analysis skill, experience,
• Good knowledge in negotiation, cost management, business planning, budget-variance analysis, PDCA-cycle management skills,
• Good communication skills adapted to manage international transactions or relationships with business partners from abroad,
• Good at teamworking,
• Advanced user of MS Office applications and well experienced in major office IT systems,
• Self-motivated,
• Logical and objective approach.
