The ideal candidate will be a team leader, be proactive, have a track record for problem solving and be able to adapt to changing priorities. We are looking for those who are highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects with ease. In addition, this person must have excellent oral and written communication skills in French.

· Responsible of the international patient team management

· Responsible for dealing with complaints from patients, crises management

· Responsible for reporting, troubleshooting managing all the operation issues raised by international patients,

· Must be driven to identify and meet customer needs and expectations

· Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

· Good communication, coordination and execution skills, serious work, strong sense of responsibility, and the courage to accept challenges

· Excellent in French and English

· Available to work on Saturdays

· Effective facilitation, coaching, counseling, and consulting

· Demonstrated business consulting and problem resolution skills,

· Flexible - ability to adapt changing policies, procedures, priorities and/or work environments

· Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

· University Degree
