Job Definition

We are looking for a «HR Manager» for our client which is a global call center in İstanbul.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The HR Manager assumes responsibility for the excellent provision of the entire range of HR services and the establishment of HR as a strategic business partner in the company.

He/She supports and advises the global and local management in all personnel-related issues and is responsible for the development of strategies for the optimization and implementation of HR processes and instruments.Furthermore, the digitization of the department is actively promoted.

WORK PERFORMED

• Leading the HR-Team in accordance to the company management principles

• Develop team members

• Lead the recruiting team and help build a valuable candidate experience in line with employer branding

• Responsible for local recruitment both internally and externally

• Further development of suitable selection processes through the use of various diagnostic methods

• Organization and implementation of recruitment and selection activities in accordance with established global HR standards

• Management of HR marketing initiatives in close cooperation with Global HR and Communication team and measurement of the success of the initiatives

• Support employees in all personnel matters

• Identify and implement initiatives to assess employee engagement, manage communication and develop the necessary action plans.

• Develop local and support global Human Resources development initiatives

• Support the management team with disciplinary questions

• Offer competent advice on current and emerging HR trends and be the first contact person for the management team

• Advice on employee relation issues, methods and changing legal requirements

• Act as part of the Global HR Team – Participate in Global HR conference calls, meetings and support global projects and initiatives

• Reporting and analysis of relevant HR key figures and development of suggestions for improvement if necessary

• Develop and maintain systems that ensure that HR issues including contractual relationships, changes/variations and terms of employment are properly managed

• Ensuring a timely and correct payroll process

• Carry out global HR reporting precisely and promptly and provide high quality reports and recommendations for solving HR problems on-site

• Prepare, review and revise HR-related policies and procedures to ensure that they are correct, current and in line with established global HR processes

. Identifies legal and regulatory requirements that affect HR work and ensures that policies, procedures and reports are adhered to

• Manages, formulates and standardizes labor law processes

• Ensuring that executives comply with the applicable work requirements through regular training

• Processing of labor law tasks

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Economics, law or comparable university degree, ideally with a focus on personnel management or commercial education with adequate further education

• Several years of relevant professional experience in operational HR work

• Proven leadership skills

• In-depth knowledge of labor and work constitution law, as well as experience in negotiations with work councils

• Proven ability to advice in complex situations

• Business fluent knowledge of Turkish and English, German is an advantage

• Leadership and personnel management skills

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong empathy and sensitivity

• Excellent negotiation, coaching and conflict resolution skills
