We are looking for a proactive and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting team members, and maintaining high operational standards.

• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business performance.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle cash management, reporting, and operational documentation when required.
• Assist with team members scheduling and shift planning.
• Support management in achieving business objectives and performance targets.
• Respond effectively to operational challenges and emergencies.

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
