Job Definition
We are looking for a “Administrative Assistant / Secretary” to join our team in Elginkan Group Companies.
- Coordinating documents, telephone and e-mail traffic,
- Preparing and editing reports requested by executives,
- Reading and analyzing submissions, letters, agendas, memos and specifying significance,
- Developing and utilizing historical information; providing retrieval of information.
- Planning and organizing business trips, (including hotel and flight reservations)
- Scheduling and maintaining calendar for appointments and meetings,
- Greeting visitors,
- Handling internal/external correspondences, (in Turkish and English)
- Preparing and following internal company resolutions,
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree for the position, (Preferably from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Businnes Administrative )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, second language will be an asset,
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
- Strong communication, organizitonal and problem solving skills,
- Presentable,
- Non obstacle to travel domestic or abroad,
- Preferably located in the Europen side,
