Job Definition

We are looking for a “Administrative Assistant / Secretary” to join our team in Elginkan Group Companies.

  • Coordinating documents, telephone and e-mail traffic,
  • Preparing and editing reports requested by executives,
  • Reading and analyzing submissions, letters, agendas, memos and specifying significance,
  • Developing and utilizing historical information; providing retrieval of information.
  • Planning and organizing business trips, (including hotel and flight reservations)
  • Scheduling and maintaining calendar for appointments and meetings,
  • Greeting visitors,
  • Handling internal/external correspondences, (in Turkish and English)
  • Preparing and following internal company resolutions,

Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree for the position, (Preferably from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Businnes Administrative )
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, second language will be an asset,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
  • Strong communication, organizitonal and problem solving skills,
  • Presentable,
  • Non obstacle to travel domestic or abroad,
  • Preferably located in the Europen side,
