İhlas Holding - Lawyer
Job Description- Provide necessary methods to protect company from legal risks,
- Manage all contracts, legal reports and documents,
- Provide legal advice and handle all legal processes, including mergers/acquisitions, lawsuits, commercial transactions,
- Actively monitor and report on legal trends and laws
- Representing company in court, public enquiries, arbitrations and tribunals.
- University degree from a law faculty,
- Experience in fiscal law, commercial law, obligations law, contracts, corporate law matters,
- Ability and willingness to work as a team,
- Excellent communicaton skills,
- Integrity and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality,
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written/oral communication skills,
- Excellent command of English,
- TOLES (Test of Legal English Skills) score is an asset,
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools,
- Minimum 5 years work experience,
- Corporate company or a a law firm experience is an asset,
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey,
- No military obligation.
