As Mado family growing day by day with our manufacturing facilities in Kahramanmaras,production center in Istanbul,our regional branches in Ankara and Izmir,325 domestic and 52 overseas Mado Cafe branches,we are looking for an ‘İnternational Operation Support Assistant’ who will work at Mado General Directorate in Atasehir,Istanbul.

• Serve as a direct point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the relevant departments
• Work independently on tasks, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
• Perform a broad variety of administrative tasks for the International Operations Department including: organizing an monthly surveys; mailing with International Customers; translation for marketing materials; and compiling office documents, documentation and requirements for travel-related meetings
• Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to International Department
• Prioritize conflicting needs, handles matters proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion with deadline pressures
• Document and verbal translation from English to Turkish- Turkish to English
• Welcome and handle top executive visitors and guests in an effective manner

• University degree from a reputable university (English as the language of instruction) or a university abroad, major in either business administration, economy or finance.
• Experience office management and organization.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience,
• Creative and impressive writing skills, especially for business letters.
• Excellent skills in MS Office applications.
• Able to work simultaneously on multiple tasks.
• Excellent coordination, time management, prioritize work, organization, planning and communication skills.
• Highly responsible and attentive to detail.
• Presentable, proactive and self-motivated.
• Able to work under pressure.
