    · Track and Trace Air Import shipments
    · Import document compliance
    · Process documents timely and accurately
    · Complete shipment accounting timely and accurately
    · Provide customer service to specific accounts
    · Coordinate with our contracted vendors in procuring space and services
    · Attend training classes and accumulate required number of training hours
    · Support and attend customer Retention Call face-to-face or phone calls
    Aranan Nitelikler· Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    · Operations/Industry knowledge preferred but not required
    · Hazardous materials certified and IATA/FIATA a plus
    · Through understanding of air shipment documentation process a plus

    Vertex Spor E-Ticaret Müşteri Ve Satış Operasyon Hizmetleri Elemanı olarak mevcut sistemi etkin bir şekilde kullanarak müşteri taleplerini yazılı ve sözlü olarak karşılayacak, operasyon süreçlerine destek verecek görevli personeldir.

    GÖREV VE SORUMLULUKLAR

    1. Belirlenmiş saatlerde işbaşı yapmak
    2. Kuruluşun politika ve hedefleri doğrultusunda çalışmaların gerçekleştirilmesini sağlamak
    3. E-Ticaret sitesinin satışa yönelik sipariş, ödeme, gönderim ve iade süreçlerinin tamamını yönetecek,
    4. Günlük olarak internette satışa sunulan ürünlerin tedarik ve stok kontrollerini yapacak,
    5. Pazarlama faaliyetleri, kategori ve kampanyaları hazırlayıp, sosyal medya hesaplarının yönetimine destek olacak,
    6. Ürün performanslarını belirleyici satış raporlarını hazırlayacak,
    7. Web sitesi ile ilgili gelen müşteri talep ve şikayetlerini yönetecek,
    8. E- ticaret satış performansını analiz edecek, ürün grubu bazında raporlar hazırlayacak,
    9. Hedef kitleye uygun online iletişim ve pazarlama stratejilerini belirleyecek,
