Mado Dondurma - Menu Planner Specialist

As an accretive Mado Family with our Kahramanmaraş production facilities, Istanbul,Ankara,Izmir regional directorates and also 310 in country franchises and 55 franchises abroad; we’re looking for “ Menu Planner Specialist”.

• Being qualified to follow all the process about menu (receipes, cost calculation, equipment layout information)
• Increase efficiency of menu during processing,
• To be adequate to enhance new product presentation and search for new ideas in the market.
• Be able to standardize product prescription, delivery training and updating in case of needs according to current conditions
• Being be able to in contact with foreign investors about menu process

• Being qualified to prepare menu,
• Has a good command of targeted market and operations,
• Has a good command of English
• Experience at least 6 years on the chef position in the Professional kitchens
• Have no obstacle to travel to domestic or abroad,
• Being able to use Ms Office Programs well,
• Has a knowledge about products, ingredients and presentation of products,
• Has a knowledge about operational cost / cost control etc. for targeted market,
• Has Professional chef degree from reputable universities,

• Being able to set up kitchen in new branches, open new branch and the same time train the branch personnel,

• Be able to adapt flexible working hours and team work,
