Administrative Assistant at Affiliate Company of Sumitomo Corporation (Japanese trading - investment company)
1) Administrative job such as arranging cars, booking the flight and hotel room for our guest.
2) Administrative job such as proceeding the payment of hotel, flight and other company expenses.
3) Preparation of expenses report, and filing related documents.
4) Communicate with people involved in our business properly.
5) To make support of documentation required by the management
