Makes researches and gets familiar with target customer expectations, conducts store, competitor store, supplier, and domestic or overseas fair/shopping visits and makes observations; attends customer meetings; reports customers’ expectations/complaints; applies lessons learnt to collections.
Position objective is to ensure collections which meet target customer expectations are built and to ensure these collections are sourced with target profit margins, desired quality and on planned delivery date.
Makes range plans appropriate for the strategic plan and customer expectations of the product group.
Follows through the costing process; makes final negotiations and takes order placement decisions
Provides coaching and mentoring assistance in line with his/her reports’ needs, and ensures they develop their competencies and perform their tasks effectively.
Graduated from prestigious fashion schools; fine arts or relevant areas,
Experianced in a similar position for at least 5 years,
Prefably experianced in market researches, competitor analysis and customer researches,
Exhibiting a strong aesthetic sense and high level of creativity,
Must have analytical communication and negotiation skills,
Possessing fluency in both written and spoken English and preferably a second language, especially Italin or French,
Having no travel restrictions,
