Watsons - BRAND SPECIALIST
Job Description- Develop and execute brand strategy & marketing plan through consumer understanding,
- Support marketing planning process in line with brand objectives and plans,
- Initiate and supervise the development & execution of brand activities and events,
- Monitor brand evaluation metrics to establish brand performance over time,
- Monitor, analyse, & evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy & plans to meet changing market & competitive conditions,
- Optimize, manage and control brand budget in order to ensure the effective allocation of the resources,
- Work effectively with cross functional teams. (marketing, buying, operations, human resources, etc)
Required Skills and Expertise
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline,
- Master’s degree on Marketing is an asset,
- 2 years marketing (brand/product management) experience in a multinational company,(Knowledge/experience in retail marketing & merchandising would be an advantage.)
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
