Job Definition

  • Develop and execute brand strategy & marketing plan through consumer understanding,
  • Support marketing planning process in line with brand objectives and plans,
  • Initiate and supervise the development & execution of brand activities and events,
  • Monitor brand evaluation metrics to establish brand performance over time,
  • Monitor, analyse, & evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy & plans to meet changing market & competitive conditions,
  • Optimize, manage and control brand budget in order to ensure the effective allocation of the resources,
  • Work effectively with cross functional teams. (marketing, buying, operations, human resources, etc)

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline,
  • Master’s degree on Marketing is an asset,
  • 2 years marketing (brand/product management) experience in a multinational company,(Knowledge/experience in retail marketing & merchandising would be an advantage.)
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
