• Ensure and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction,
• Apply the training received and reflect it effectively in daily work,
• Carry out product display and merchandising standards in the store.

Profile of Our Ideal Candidate

• High school graduate or above,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail sector,
• Fluent in English,
• Preferably experienced in baby/children’s clothing retail,
• Willing to pursue a career in retail,
• Committed to delivering high customer satisfaction,
• Open to change and focused on personal development,
• Strong communication skills with a clear and professional manner of speaking,
• Well-groomed and attentive to personal appearance,
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills,
• Successful in teamwork,
• Positive, friendly, and energetic attitude,
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment,
• Able to work at the İstinye Park Shopping Mall location.
