Our client is a global metallic mining company but also operating in Turkey for decades.
Now we are looking for a Contract Administrator for our client’s growing organization.
Job Description
- Control of all required requirements, receiving bids from the suppliers on the Approved Supplier List as well as other qualified vendors.
- Assessment of incoming offers,
- Commercial analyses of the materials requested,
- Draft contracts for high-value, long-term purchases. Contract adherence.
- Disclosing opportunities following analysis.
- All activities in the workplace will be governed by Occupational Safety and Environmental laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as Company policies, procedures, standards, and attachments.
Qualifications
- University graduates in engineering or economics and administrative sciences,
- Minimum of three years' experience in contracting and purchasing,
- Contractual law knowledge,
- Competent in market research, pricing, and bidding
- Proficient in both spoken and written English,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and, ideally, SAP knowledge.
- Accountable, with solid business acumen, attention to detail, and analytic reasoning
- Teamwork oriented, with solid interpersonal relations, effective communication and representation skills,
- Military service completed for male candidates
