Our client is a global metallic mining company but also operating in Turkey for decades.

Now we are looking for a Contract Administrator for our client’s growing organization.

Job Description

  • Control of all required requirements, receiving bids from the suppliers on the Approved Supplier List as well as other qualified vendors.
  • Assessment of incoming offers,
  • Commercial analyses of the materials requested,
  • Draft contracts for high-value, long-term purchases. Contract adherence.
  • Disclosing opportunities following analysis.
  • All activities in the workplace will be governed by Occupational Safety and Environmental laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as Company policies, procedures, standards, and attachments.



  • University graduates in engineering or economics and administrative sciences,
  • Minimum of three years' experience in contracting and purchasing,
  • Contractual law knowledge,
  • Competent in market research, pricing, and bidding
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and, ideally, SAP knowledge.
  • Accountable, with solid business acumen, attention to detail, and analytic reasoning
  • Teamwork oriented, with solid interpersonal relations, effective communication and representation skills,
  • Military service completed for male candidates
