Required Skills and ExpertiseSoftware Test Management Specialist:
- Planning and tracking the test process (effort, deadlines, costs / budget)
- Creation of test concept
- Coordinating of creation of test cases
- Coordinate test execution and test resources incl. Stakeholder management and communication setup for testing
- Definition of a concept for test automation
- Setting up and implementing the defect management in test projects (in Jira & confluence), including documentation of the interim and final results. If necessary escalation in pre-defined (management) commitees / addressing defects to right stakeholders
- Creation of the test-specific status reports and final reports (possibly a summary)
- Creation of the risk table and responsibility for test-specific risk management
- Achieving the overall technical and functional acceptance and the overall release/project
- Conducting lessons learned workshops
Qualifications:
- Experience in complex E2E system landscape
- Good Jira / Confluence experience
- Bachelor's degree of relevant education
- Fluent in English on negotiation level (verbally and writing), German is a plus
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Work experience min. 3 years in an international company (service)
- Competence in topic oriented communication, committee work and international projects
- Experience in IT project management and competence in working within a project structure
- Excellent convincing skills, motivating people from various fields / backgrounds to work for a common goal
- Affinity to digital/ IT solutions
- High analytical/conceptual/process-related/intercultural competence
- Focused on goals and results
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good organizational skills & being self-organized.
- Proactive attitude and high willingness to take responsibility. Being target-oriented.
- Good communication skills also across different levels of management
- High resilience in time-critical tasks
- Any experience in the IT context of online sales/ store business/ digital Services/ connectivity is a plus
- High willingness for international travel
