According to the category strategy deciding product range in line with trends and customer expectations.
Conducting market research, building and developing category pricing strategy
Analyzing retail trends and creating competitive category strategies.
Leading day to day relations with suppliers to advance business.
Preparing weekly reports to review sales performance and taking necessary actions in order to increase sales and reduce slow moving stock
Responsible of product distribution to stores in line with the budget and growth targets of the stores
Following up stock levels, stock weeks cover and capacities of stores,
Responsible of monitoring and organizing the product flow (Initial allocation, RPT, Transfer ve Return)Aranan Nitelikler
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Fluent in English, both verbal and writing is a must
A minimum of 4 years of category management or buying experience. Experience in Textile, Cosmetics, FMCG retailers is preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Advanced planning, organizing and negotiation skills,
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong sense of urgency and result oriented
