We are looking for International Patient Communication and Operations Specialists who are passionate about the medical tourism industry.

The candidate will be working at the office placed in Yenisahra/Kadıköy.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Take the extra mile to engage with the customers
Report to the managers to perfect the service
Other tasks given by management

Required Skills and Expertise

· Advanced level of English is must, French is a plus

· Great communication skills,

· Advanced negotiation skills,

· Excellent organizational skills,

· Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness,

· Able to communicate easily with the patients,

· Energetic and passionate,

· Maintain good dialogue with patients, while they are in Turkey and after they return home,

· Ability to give weekly / monthly reports to management about patients
