- To ensure that all guest information collected and entered into information systems is complete, accurate, and up to date

- Strongly focused on delivering a high level of guest service
- Compliant with personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the hospitality industry
- Proficient in using the ONQ system
- Good command of the English language
