Wayzim - Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer your main functions/tasks will be:
• Responsible for on-site installation, parameter tuning, and joint debugging testing of automated equipment and electrical systems, establishing project technical documentation, ensuring compliance with delivery standards, while supporting project management to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality requirements;
• Perform after-sales services such as equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, hotline response, and technical guidance according to contract requirements;
• Serve as the core technical liaison among customers, partners, and internal teams, regularly communicating project progress and service updates to ensure information transparency;
• Provide product operation and maintenance training for customers and assist with on-site production support when necessary;
• Maintain on-site customer relationships and continuously improve customer satisfaction;
• Timely handle and accurately execute other work tasks assigned by other departments and supervisors;
• The work location and core responsibilities for this position are based at [Istanbul], requiring long-term dispatch to [Istanbul ] to perform full-time work tasks. (Optional, based on needs)

• Background in mechatronics or electrical engineering.
• Hold a valid electrician license (preference for construction/maintenance), with over 2 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing electromechanical equipment.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics, skilled in operating testing instruments, familiar with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7-1200/1500).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, customer-oriented, proactive in process optimization.
• Flexible and efficient team collaboration skills, strong time management, able to handle urgent tasks while strictly adhering to safety regulations.
• English can be used as a working language, adaptable to international travel, familiar with cross-cultural communication skills.
