Job DescriptionThe Immigration Specialist will coordinate the collection and processing of documents required for inbound and outbound immigration while ensuring compliance with all of company immigration policies and processes. The Immigration Specialist will work closely with Service and Resource Managers, Field Service Coordinators and with other Immigration team members, as well as Visa agencies, Consulate/Government officers and Immigration attorneys while conducting daily activities. The Immigration Specialist will provide support to all segments and countries within the region. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our company vision and align with our organization’s core values.
- Work with Service Managers, stakeholders, and clients to complete work permit, residency and/or visa requirements
- • Ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas, are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- • Coordinate with third parties regarding documentation needs (country specific)
- • Communicate with various government agencies for certification legalization, translation, etc. of documents
- • Initiate cases with outside counsel when necessary
- • Process Visa and work permits when applicable
- • Maintain immigration files for employees on foreign assignments
- • Update internal systems with appropriate passport and visa information
- • Track Visa and work permit progress through the Immigration “Work queue” and maintain accurate data in accordance with the Immigration Department’s guidelines
- • Track costs relative to immigration (T&L, legalization, translation, etc.)
- • Perform other duties as assigned
- • Travel may be required
- • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments – Field
- • English proficiency required

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in HR, Legal administrative or immigration role
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written correspondence skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with a team
