Due to our continuous growth driven by strong investments, we are looking for an “Operational Excellence Specialist” to be based at our Headquarters.

The Role:

• Define and drive the Lean transformation roadmap in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and manage the transformation using Lean methodologies,
• Identify Continuous Improvement project opportunities and lead project structuring and execution,
• Establish and maintain Kaizen / suggestion system methodology, ensure effective field implementation, reporting, and support recognition and reward mechanisms,
• Deploy and sustain Lean tools such as Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, 7 Wastes, Visual Management, and Process Mapping across stakeholders,
• Conduct field observations and data analyses, and present improvement proposals and project outcomes,
• Support the identification and implementation of efficiency and process improvement initiatives across operations and report results,
• Prepare Monthly Activity Reports and ad-hoc reports when required and present them to relevant management teams.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Statistics (preferably Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or Management Engineering),
• Minimum 4 years of experience in continuous improvement and process analysis,
• Strong knowledge of DMAIC and PDCA cycles and experience in project coaching,
• LSS Green Belt or LSS Yellow Belt certification,
• Hands-on experience in Lean transformation initiatives and strong adoption of Lean principles,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Good command of English,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative team approach,
• Advanced reporting and follow-up capabilities,
