Job Definition

* Under general direction, performs varied, difficult, sensitive and confidential office administrative and secretarial support functions for the General Manager and performs related duties as assigned.

  • Able to maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders,
  • Able to prepare reports, presentations and briefs by collecting and analyzing information,
  • Organizing the travel arrangements,
  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality and detail oriented,
  • Greeting, receiving and guiding visitors,
  • Maintaining appropriate records, files and documentations,
  • Assisting with special events planning and related logistics activities as needed,
  • Able to manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in appropriate fields from a reputable university,
  • Having minimum 8 years of Executive Assistant experience,
  • Proactive, result-oriented and having strong problem solving skills,
  • Knowledged about all of Microsoft Office applications,
  • Completely fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise work and having excellent time management skills,
  • Having attention to details and problem solving skills,
  • Analytical, able to think structurally, with an ability to develop multi-faceted plans,
  • Dynamic and presentable,
  • Having high level verbal and written communication skills,
  • Strong organizational skills
