İş Açıklaması• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in banking and finance industry
• Software development environment working closely with product managers, owners, developers, and testers to build a product backlog for delivering product changes
• Working experience of software development processes, within an Agile SCRUM environment.
• Ability to create effective relationships across the business and influence, negotiate and resolve conflict with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written, visually and verbally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
İstenen Yetenek ve Uzmanlıklar• Leading workshops to gather requirements
• Demonstrate understanding of client / server solutions and software architecture
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of IT technologies and concepts (Software Development Technology and processes, integration methods, APIs, Relational Database and Modeling, Application Architecture)
• Experience on Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Project is a plus.
• Fluent in English
