    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manages all customer-facing and internally focused SaaSOps product environments and service delivery activities

    Develops metrics to enable effective measurement of key performance indicators

    Develops and manages quarterly SaaSOps budget

    Develops long-range staffing and resource planning for organic and inorganic growth

    Develops, maintains and executes a clear integration playbook for SaaSOps inherited from future acquisitions

    Establish world-class standards and technical operations to deliver consistent, high-quality products across dispersed, global teams

    Implement operations management strategies to achieve world-class productivity and cost efficiency

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (MS or Ph.D. preferred) is mandatory

    +15 years of experience in IT Operations Management

    At least 3 years of SaaS Ops/Tech Ops/Infrastructure Ops/DevOps experience

    +3 years of experience managing Cloud Infrastructure Organizations (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Ops)

    Proven leadership experience of building and managing globally dispersed teams with a size of 50+ heads

    Experience with high-end enterprise systems deployed in environments of Global 100 corporation complexity with millions of users

    Cloud-based hosting experience with Amazon EC2 a significant plus

    Experience with/or knowledge of CRM tools for tracking case/ticket lifecycle and KPI reporting

    International experience

    Demonstrated success as a problem solver, result-oriented, self-starter

    Comfortable “working virtually” with teammates and customers around the world. We do a lot of Skype and video conferencing

    Good proficiency in English language

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    You will be expected to seamlessly run a world-class team of 100+ finance professionals using revolutionary and radically differentiated processes demonstrating critical-thinking and inspirational leadership.

    You will play a major role in the acquisition of organizations and will be expected to lead the financial transformation of any acquired company within a very short time frame.

    You will be tasked with simplifying and standardizing financial processes across the organization.

    You will lead and manage teams using a metrics-based process and a centralized structure.

    You will be expected to be an expert at aggressive goal setting and derive weekly productivity improvements in a cloud-based network environment. You will need to drive significant levels of value and productivity at much higher levels than in most companies.

    You must continuously improve the quality of your teams using our global talent sourcing. You will leverage your financial expertise and judgment to set a personal standard for excellence.

    You should be capable of working closely with our Fortune 500 customer executives as well as key executives within ESW Capital. The expectation is that you are a seasoned professional with excellent English communication skills that can effectively manage executive relationships.

    You will operate in our centralized economies of scale model where the pace is fast and you will be required to make the right decisions quickly.

    You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will serve as a key member of the global executive team at ESW Capital.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage a Finance organization structured around international virtual teams, leading VPs of Finance, aligning goals and priorities in a non-traditional working environment

    Setting weekly goals and leading weekly performance reviews, goal tracking, and quarterly budgets

    Drive productivity and improvement through deep diving and innovating across Finance teams who specialize in FP&A and Controlling, Finance IT Systems and Data Import, GL Audits using US GAAP, Operations, including Treasury and Tax, and Acquisitions

    Lead Financial M&A integration projects and drive constant transformation in Financial teams

    Deep dive into issues as necessary showing your ability to resolve detailed problems whilst maintaining a high-level overview

    Focus on process improvement, productivity, automation and ensuring timeliness and accuracy of portfolio company financial statements

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    15 years of US GAAP experience in a senior financial management position of a company with international operations

    3+ years experience of proficiently exceeding 100 finance professionals

    Previous responsibility for $1 billion (annualized) turnover in a software company

    A successful track record as the CFO of a software company or SVP for a software division

    A relevant university degree plus either CPA (or equivalent professional certification) or MBA

    Excellent communication skills in English

    Experience managing a complex group audit - Big 4 or client side

    Extensive US GAAP exposure, ASC 606 implementation experience a bonus

    M&A accounting and finance experience, including complex multi-currency consolidations

    Extensive experience with large-scale ERP systems - Netsuite and/or Intacct a bonus

    Proven team leader with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a faced-paced environment

    Drive profitable, organic growth in software and solutions sales with 90% focus on installed customer base consolidation and 10% on growing sales expansion through new acquisitions

    Execute and operate while monitoring the market, inspiring and proposing data-driven improvement best practices, and adjust the offering to meet customer expectations and loyalty.

    Recruit and further build the sales team

    Use radically differentiated metrics-based management methodology to lead and improve the various centralized sales functions including but not limited to:

    • Net new sales

    • Renewal sales

    • Recruit and onboard new candidates into the sales roles

    Listen in on calls & give daily coaching sharing experience with the broader team

    Constantly hands-on; reviewing, supporting and negotiating on sales calls

    Raising high-performance standards for sales reps

    Sharing transparent and honest feedback to salesforce

    Building customer interaction and confidence during critical sales calls

    Lead and motivate sales reps to deal ownership and factual success in closing

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    Skills and experience

    • 15+ years of high-performing individual contribution in enterprise software or solution net new sales, with awards from a top software sales organization. A star “hunter” pedigree

    • 10+ years experience managing a team of 15 - 20 sales reps or an extend team of 50 indirectly through VP level reports

    • 6 or more months per year as top performing

    • Experience managing annual recurring revenue of at least 500 M - 1 B USD where the average ACV (annual contract value) of software sold is between $1K-$20K

    • Comfortable leading in a team with a roster of wins as an outsider against better-known competitors

    • Multiple experiences implementing or strengthening sales management processes

    • Demonstrated ability to work with geographically dispersed and remote teams

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills

    • Technical or advanced degree, such as an MBA, from a top-tier university
