QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Haier Europe Turkey.

The main responsibility of this role is processing documents and delivering a high level of customer service in the OTC area.

The position is located in İstanbul.

Coordinate the Order to Cash processes such as order entry to invoice creation, including customer service and sales support activities,
Prepare OTC management reports daily/weekly and monthly,
Monitoring and following stocks daily and weekly,
Responsible for checking and managing return order management,
Report to direct supervisor any deviations from agreed standards (delays, use of wrong templates, missing input)
Follow up customs clearance issues with the customs broker and cover all necessary documentation,
Work together with a related department on the preparation and follow up documents related to OTC operations,
Provide necessary support to our Sales & Marketing Team,
Sales forecasting, inserting and facilitating monthly/weekly forecast files into the system,
Complete logistics service invoice checks and approvals in the SAP workflow in line with a delegation of authorization thresholds/limits,
Dealing with the customers for any operational issue when needed.

Desired Skills and Specializations

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Services,
Experience in OTC area would be an advantage,
Supply Chain experience is an asset,
Very good knowledge of English,
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
