QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for New Product Introduction Engineer - Washing to take part in our Purchasing Team Washing Division Projects in Haier Europe Turkey.

The position is located in Eskisehir.

• Organizing trial productions of new product projects,
• Facilitating the introduction of new parts/components/products by managing projects involving several functions,
• Making feasibility analysis of new products together with Quality / R&D / Production and Planning departments,
• Managing the initial sample approval process.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering Departments of Universities,
• Having at least 2 year of experience R&D, Planning, Engineering, etc..
• Having experience in procurement,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Preferably with experience in the launch of new products,
• Project Management; ability to read and understand drawings/technical specifications,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Innovative and open minded.
