Job Description

For the office in Beylikdüzü of our Germany-based company, which sells automotive spare parts in the field of e-commerce;

To follow the sales operation processes, to carry out control and analysis studies,
Performing KPI analysis and accordingly other tasks and reporting to the general manager,
To follow foreign trade and e-commerce processes and report to the general manager when necessary,
To follow the pre-accounting processes and to be able to report when requested,
Control and follow-up of sales operation processes,

Required Skills and Expertise

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are developed, results-oriented,
Strong business follow-up, analysis, reporting, planning skills,
Developed sense of responsibility and able to take initiative when necessary,
Developed communication skills and prone to teamwork,
Desired Features
Graduated from 4-year departments of universities,
At least 5 years of experience in the field,
Proficient in German and English and can speak actively,
Able to use Microsoft Office programs at an advanced level,
Having knowledge of Accounting,
Ability to analyze and report
Experienced in Foreign Trade, E-Commerce sectors (ebay, amazon etc.)
Experienced in process KPI monitoring and management
