What You Will Do
- Convert inquiries into confirmed business with confidence and speed
- Manage reservations across phone, email, and online channels
- Upsell and maximize revenue through smart, guest‑focused recommendations
- Ensure accuracy in every booking, amendment, and special request
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams
- Monitor occupancy and forecasts to support business targets
- Prepare weekly reports for senior management
- Identify new sales leads and nurture future business opportunities
