We have a strong corporate culture that places emphasis on open communication and teamwork. We are looking for a "Customer Service Specialist (Arabic or Hebrew Speaker)" who can play a role in the systematic and continuous development of e-commerce with our young and talented team.

  • We are constantly communicating with our customers abroad by phone, whatsapp, e-mail, etc. It should be aimed to take action according to the problems coming from our customers through communication channels, to ensure customer satisfaction, to evaluate in accordance with the corporate workflow of our company and to reach the result.


  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities,
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in customer relations positions preferably in technology-based companies,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Arabic/Hebrew and Turkish,
  • A good team member with good communication skills for speaking with customers from all over the world,
  • Strong computer skill, good command of MS office applications,
  • Customer-oriented problem solver who can identify root problems and take actions,
  • Hard working, proactive and having multitasking skills,
  • Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change,
  • Able to work under pressure,
  • Completed military service or postponed for at least 2 years for male candidates.
