Adana Hilton - Director Of Sales
Job Description•Supervise the daily performance of the Sales office and manage the active conversion of customer enquiries into confirmed sales to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of the hotels. Ensure all relevant checklists/responsibilities of the Sales team are completed to the appropriate standard and in a timely manner.
•Maximize revenue for the hotels through pro-active selling and commercial management techniques
•Ensure effective information-gathering and analysis is conducted in order to identify and maximize on all possible opportunities and minimize any risks
•Interact with other departments and functions to ensure we exceed our customers’, and shareholders’ expectations
•Prepare company contracts for the hotels in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
•Monitor offers, options and discounts for repeat bookings for groups, congresses and seminars in close cooperation with the sales team
•Develop the sales team through leadership and by example to include sales development; participate in the hiring of team members, and their future success
•Organize comprehensive information describing the range of products and services offered by the hotel and deliver this information through relevant sales resources and sales channels to existing and potential Guests
•Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the hotels
•Obtain full knowledge of Competitors’ products to understand the market place
•Manage departmental productivity
•Manage departmental communication
•Ensure accuracy of all bookings – standard contracts signed and clear billing details received
•Ensure all enquiries and customer requests, including traces, are dealt with promptly, in a friendly manner and in line with company standards
Required Skills and Expertise•Minimum 10 year of Sales experience
•Turkish speaking is a must
