Job Definition

Our client is a beverage company. Now we are looking for a “Export Executive” for our client’s growing organization.

  • Assisting CEO for daily business activities
  • Scheduling meetings, events, and appointments
  • Responding to all the related issues on behalf of the CEO upon receiving her guidance
  • Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion
  • Works in a professional and focused manner to schedule internal and external meetings
  • Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments
  • Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a reputable university
  • Minimum 4 years experienced,
  • Self-motivated and a good team player,
  • Good time management skills,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic language will be a strong asset
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office Set,
  • Willingness and potential for learning and development,
  • Clear thinker and problem solver,
  • Contribute positively and pro-actively to new and changing situations,
  • Be flexible and adaptive to a challenging environment.
  • No barrier to work at Ağaoğlu 212 Plaza located in Basın Express Highway, Bağcılar
