Ethic HR - Office Assistant
Our client is a beverage company. Now we are looking for a “Export Executive” for our client’s growing organization.
- Assisting CEO for daily business activities
- Scheduling meetings, events, and appointments
- Responding to all the related issues on behalf of the CEO upon receiving her guidance
- Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion
- Works in a professional and focused manner to schedule internal and external meetings
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Graduated from a reputable university
- Minimum 4 years experienced,
- Self-motivated and a good team player,
- Good time management skills,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic language will be a strong asset
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Set,
- Willingness and potential for learning and development,
- Clear thinker and problem solver,
- Contribute positively and pro-actively to new and changing situations,
- Be flexible and adaptive to a challenging environment.
