Job Description

Our Client is an international Digital Marketing Company and delivering services to global companies. Now we are looking for a SEO Speacialist to İstanbul Office of this copmany. The person will work remotely.

Analyzing issues/escalations and finding the root causes
Being the first point of contact or coordinator for complex projects/tasks
Being responsible for continuous improvement in alignment with the principal digital specialists and digital consultant
Providing technical support for the standard services
Performing on-page optimizations.
Providing leadership to juniors and brainstorming with the manager and teams on approaches or solutions to a business problem
Flagging to the delivery executive any risks, issues with solutions if possible
Being responsible for documenting the services he/she is responsible for
Performing competitive analysis together with extensive keyword research
Creating an extensive search performance dashboard for a better decision making
Being able to translate business requirements into actionable items from an SEO perspective according to the business needs even though they are not clear
Assisting in service development
Being an E2E tool guru in an SEO environment to be able to correctly address possible issues
Being able to provide a full audit from an SEO perspective to identify foundational issues affecting the organic search results

Required Skills and Expertise

Advanced level of both written and verbal English
Having a concrete insight about SEO principles: SEO check, website crawling, search performance analysis, keyword research, and page optimization
Proven knowledge of Google Search Console
Extensive Experience in Google Keyword Planner
Google Data Studio for data visualization and dashboard creation
Proven experience in min. 3 SEO tool usage (e.g. SEMRush, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog) with E2E knowledge of setup and maintenance of the tool
Having at least 2+ years of background in the SEO department
Deep understanding of programming languages like HTML and CSS
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel

The key skills we are looking for is:

Very good communication skills as they will be in communication with the client
Very good English
Minimum 2 and maximum 4 years of technical SEO knowledge – the person shouldn’t be senior
