Senkron Tech - Software Support Assistant Specialist

Our FLYBY Management Software, which has been developed for fitness, spa, training studios, water parks and golf clubs since 2004, running in 15 countries, is also the Turkish market leader right now.
We are looking for a “Software Support Assistant Specialist ” who would like to work with us in support activities on the client side of our FLYBY management software.
- To meet the demands of customers by e-mail and/or phone,
- To analyse and propose solution for the customer needs,
- To carry out the support activities on the customers side of the software, that we develope, in an absolute customer satisfaction focused way.
- Have at least an associate degree,
- Preferably worked either in front desk or back Office in fitness or spa sectors or has knowledge or interest in these sectors,
- Having knowledge about Lapis(FLYBY) software interface,
- Proficient skills in English,
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
- Prone to teamwork and improved communication skills
