Job Description:

• Manage and optimize Salesforce platform to improve sales processes and customer relationships
• Customize CRM workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure data integration and user adoption
• Provide training and support to users to maximize CRM effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration
• Ability to perform business analysis and work in a solution-oriented manner
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow and other automation tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Preferably experience in the healthcare, CRM, or tourism industries
