What to expect
As a Customer Service Representative in our MOBA Game Project, you will work on-site in a supportive environment where you can use both your gaming passion and communication skills.

We are looking for people who enjoy MOBA games and want to help other players by giving them clear and friendly support. You will answer player questions by ticket and email making sure every interaction feels helpful and positive.

Your role will include:

• Supporting players in one of the world’s leading MOBA game.

• Communicating with customers in a professional and friendly way

• Recording customer issues and feedback in the system

• Using your MOBA knowledge to give accurate answers

• Reaching set goals and following simple quality standards

• Working in a 24/7 rotating shift system with a motivated team

What we expect

• Strong English skills

• Must be a gamer with real knowledge of MOBA games

• Based in Istanbul and available for on-site work

• Ready to work in a 24/7 rotation schedule

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude

• Comfortable using MS Office programs
