Ensures that administrative / payroll procedures and personnel needs are carried out on time and accurately according to company’s HR Rewards plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll process:
    1. Consolidation of the all related data before running payroll; personnel benefits, transportation allowance, mobile phone bill costs and meal benefits.
    2. Legislation tracking and sap testing applications
    3. Monthly regular internal payroll reporting to Finance (via SAP HR)
  • Monthly regular external reports (legal, ad-hoc reports).
  • Getting in touch with the local SAP partner (IKSAP) in case any problem occurs.
  • Tracking external payroll processes
  • Official e-declarations to the SSI
  • Monitors incentives related to the SSI.
  • Missing Day Notification to SSI


Requisite Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of expertise in SAP HR
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Upper İntermediate English knowledge
  • Must possess the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and electronically with various levels of internal and external partners
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer service interface and communication
  • Must be flexible with working hours and able to work under time constraints to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Ability to work in a fast pace – ever changing team environment
  • Prior experience working in a shared service environment preferred
