Are you ready to embark on your Pegasus career path as our HR Operations Specialist, flight number PC-2025?
In this role you will
- Carry out correspondence, communications, and filing processes related to the activities managed by the Human Resources Business Partners
- Prepare warning and appreciation letters, and manage the delivery and follow-up of co-mail communications
- Provide support to Human Resources Business Partners
- Support other human resources projects as required

Required Skills and Expertise- Graduated from relevant university departments
- Preferably experienced in human resources processes
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong communication skills, capable of effective time management, and a good team player
- Disciplined, highly motivated, with strong planning and organizational abilities
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possesses analytical thinking skills
- Preferably has a good command of English
- Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
